BOOKING & SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. In order to book an appointment, the Client is required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 4000 kr. 2. Failure to attend the scheduled appointment or cancellation later than 24 hours before the appointment time will result in the Client being charged the full service price, reduced by the paid deposit. 3. If the appointment is cancelled due to the Salon’s fault, the Salon agrees to arrange a new appointment date with the Client. 4. The Salon reserves the right to cancel the appointment if the Client is more than 10 minutes late. 5. The Client has the right to submit a complaint regarding the service within 2 days after the service has been completed. 6. In the event of a complaint, the Salon does not refund the cost of the performed service. 7. Health Contraindications Services are not performed on nails affected by medical or pathological conditions, including but not limited to: • fungal infections or suspected infections, • inflammatory conditions, • onycholysis, • warts or verrucas, • allergies or severe irritation of the skin around the nails. If any contraindications are identified, the stylist reserves the right to refuse to perform the service. 8. Clients are required to read and familiarize themselves with these Terms and Conditions before making a booking. 9. Making a booking is equivalent to accepting these Terms and Conditions. W celu dokonania rezerwacji wizyty Klient zobowiązany jest do wpłaty bezzwrotnego zadatku w wysokości 4000 kr. 2. Niestawienie się na umówioną wizytę lub jej odwołanie później niż 24 godziny przed planowanym terminem skutkuje obciążeniem Klienta pełną kwotą za usługę, pomniejszoną o wpłacony zadatek. 3. W przypadku odwołania wizyty z winy Salonu, Salon zobowiązuje się do uzgodnienia z Klientem nowego terminu. 4. Salon zastrzega sobie prawo do odwołania wizyty, jeśli Klient spóźni się powyżej 10 minut. 5. Klient ma prawo do złożenia reklamacji dotyczącej wykonania usługi w terminie do 2 dni od jej zakończenia. 6. W przypadku reklamacji Salon nie zwraca kosztów za wykonaną usługę. 7. Przeciwwskazania zdrowotne Usługi nie są wykonywane na chorobowo zmienione paznokcie, w szczególności w przypadku: • grzybicy lub podejrzenia infekcji, • stanów zapalnych, • onycholizy, • kurzajek i brodawek, • uczuleń oraz silnych podrażnień skóry wokół paznokci. W przypadku stwierdzenia przeciwwskazań stylistka ma prawo odmówić wykonania usługi. 8. Klienci Salonu zobowiązani są do zapoznania się z Regulaminem przed dokonaniem rezerwacji. 9.
