Þú lærðir að lesa herbergið áður en þú lærðir að lesa. Þú vissir á fótatakinu hvernig kvöldið yrði, og þú lærðir að ef þú gerðir allt rétt yrði allt í lagi. Meðvirkni er ekki galli. Hún er snjallt svar barns við aðstæðum sem það gat ekki breytt. Þess vegna spyrjum við ekki hvað er að þér, heldur hvað kom fyrir þig.

Í þessari málstofu skoðum við hvernig meðvirkni á rætur í uppvextinum og af hverju líkaminn man það enn. Enginn þarf að segja sína sögu upphátt.

Back to Basics

A Trauma-Informed Breathwork Experience

Three days of guided breathwork, somatic practices, and nervous system regulation — with Nicolai Engelbrecht.

THE CHALLENGE

Do you find it difficult to relax or feel at ease in your body?

Do you often feel stressed, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself?

Are you looking for practical tools to create more balance and stability in your life?

Many of us carry tension, stress, and emotional weight without realizing how deeply it affects our body, our relationships, and our sense of self. When we are not given the tools to process what we carry, we continue holding burdens that were never meant to be carried alone.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE

You are not broken. What you are experiencing is a natural response to stress, pressure, and life experiences. You may simply not have been given the right tools or support to work with it.

Nicolai Engelbrecht is a trauma-informed bodyworker and coach with more than a decade of experience. His approach is grounded, practical, and focused on giving people tools they can actually use in their everyday life.

YOUR PATH FORWARD

1. Reconnect: Learn to reconnect with your breath and body in a safe and guided way.

2. Build Awareness: Develop awareness of your nervous system and how your body responds to stress.

3. Practice: Learn simple and effective tools to regulate, release tension, and build inner stability.

4. Integrate: Bring these practices into your daily life so the change becomes sustainable.

THE EXPERIENCE

Over three days, you will be gently guided into exploring your inner world through breath, awareness, and presence. The focus is on creating a safe and supportive space where you can reconnect with your body and your inner awareness.

Inspired by Yoga, Qigong, and trauma-informed approaches, the practices are designed to help you access and work with your life force energy — without force or pressure. You may experience moments of insight, emotional release, or deep relaxation. Each person’s experience is unique, and all responses are welcome.

At the core of the program is a guided breathwork journey known as Cosmic Kriya, taught in a way that respects your boundaries and capacity.

RESULTS PARTICIPANTS REPORT

• 80% experience a deeper sense of rest

• 78% feel more happy

• 70% sleep better

• 65% feel less likely to use reactive patterns

WHAT HAPPENS IF NOTHING CHANGES?

Stress and tension continue to build in the body. Emotional overwhelm or numbness remains. Disconnection from self deepens. Patterns of burnout, anxiety, or avoidance continue. And there is a continued lack of tools to create real change.

You deserve to feel safe in your own body, to have access to inner calm, and to move through life without being overwhelmed.
