FIVE-WEEK PROGRAMME PRICE: 75,000 ISK
The Five-Week RESET Method is a structured online Chinese Medicine programme providing personalised care, regular monitoring and practical support over five weeks.
Booking five individual consultations separately would cost 80,000 ISK. The programme price provides a saving of 5,000 ISK.
THE PROGRAMME INCLUDES:
• Two to Five scheduled 30-minute online consultations over five weeks
• Weekly to secindly weekly monitoring of your symptoms, response and progress
• Personalised Chinese Medicine assessment and recommendations
• Tailored nutrition and lifestyle guidance/ nurtition
• Acupressure or Medical Qigong guidance where appropriate
• Brief email support between scheduled consultations
HERBAL MEDICINE:
If herbal medicine is considered appropriate, a personalised formula may be recommended following your assessment.
Herbal formulas, preparation and shipping are not included in the programme price. These are charged separately, and the cost will be confirmed with you before an order is prepared.
All consultations are delivered through secure Telehealth video or email and do not take place at the Reykjavík clinic. Your remaining appointments will be arranged following your initial programme booking.

We will review how you have been feeling since your previous consultation, any changes in symptoms, and your response to Chinese herbal medicine and other recommendations.
Where appropriate, your herbal prescription, nutritional guidance, lifestyle recommendations, acupressure or Qigong suggestions may be adjusted according to your progress.
Chinese herbal medicine is charged separately.
