Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) is designed to help balance the body and correct posture. Injuries or long-term poor posture create habits in the way the muscles hold the body, often in a way that pulls the neck, spine and pelvis out of balance. Through a predetermined sequence of stretches and movements, we help the body to return to its natural musculoskeletal balance, which often reduces conditions that cause pain and discomfort. For very chronic conditions, I recommend five sessions.

All with the aim of supporting the body and nervous system in a natural way. It is a good idea to come in light clothing and not too thick/stiff
