Welcome to BGlobal - Coaching for Nature-Aligned Leaders

At BGlobal, the focus is on supporting thoughtful professionals who are working to create positive impact through their roles and leadership.

Many people working in this space carry significant responsibility. The work can be meaningful and rewarding, but it can also bring complex decisions, competing priorities and moments where clarity is needed.

These coaching conversations offer a calm and confidential space to step back, reflect and explore your next steps.

Berglind Sigmarsdóttir is the founder of BGlobal and an Executive Coach certified through Robbins-Madanes Training (USA). With more than 15 years of experience across international organisations, NGOs, academia and corporate environments, she understands both the ambition and the realities of working on complex global challenges.
