The Face&Therapy salon bridges the gap between cosmetic care and the world of Chinese medicine.
We have recently expanded our services to include a dedicated treatment room for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

FACE Services:
Our primary focus is deep skin cleansing performed using a comedone extractor tool. This highly effective extraction method removes all types of blemishes and thoroughly cleanses the skin. Regular visits help clear clogged pores, reduce the appearance of imperfections (such as blackheads), and improve overall skin health.
On the Chinese medicine side, we offer TCM-based rejuvenation techniques and acne therapy. Our acne therapy addresses the root cause of the condition. We begin by addressing external factors—such as skincare and home hygiene routines—while simultaneously performing a deep skin cleanse. We then examine internal causes and determine how to resolve them. TCM therapy is supported by custom-blended herbal decoctions tailored to the client's specific condition.

THERAPY Services:
You can also visit the salon exclusively for Chinese medicine therapy. The initial consultation includes a 10-question assessment of the client's overall health status. This is followed by visual tongue diagnosis and pulse palpation. Both methods help assess the condition of internal organs and provide a comprehensive picture of the client's health.
A personalized treatment plan is then established based on these findings. Contact:

We will assess not only physical changes but also how you feel in terms of your energy levels. We will adjust your diet, support healthy digestion, and discuss how to better listen to your body’s signals. The goal is for you to achieve not just your desired weight, but, above all, lasting vitality and a sense of lightness.

Kontrola hubnutí - PAVLÍNA

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, I do not approach weight loss through calorie counting. I view excess weight as a manifestation of accumulated dampness and phlegm that a weakened body cannot effectively transform. Instead of drastic diets, I focus on uncovering the root cause of the issue. This is most often a digestive system exhausted by chronic stress, fatigue, or an unsuitable diet—specifically one that is too "cold" in nature.
Based on an initial assessment, I will create a personalized treatment plan designed to gently restore proper metabolic function. This plan includes dietary recommendations emphasizing naturally warming foods, lifestyle adjustments, and targeted acupuncture. This comprehensive approach helps the body naturally eliminate accumulated toxins and stagnation. The result is not merely weight loss, but a revitalization of your vital energy and a lasting return to a sense of lightness.
A discounted five-visit package includes a comprehensive 90-minute initial consultation, followed by four 40-minute follow-up sessions dedicated to ongoing care.
Your journey to balance and health.

Plán hubnutí podle TCM - PAVLÍNA

Based on a focused consultation and a follow-up assessment of your pulse and tongue, I will evaluate the progression of your condition. I will then update your treatment plan and perform the treatment itself—stimulating acupuncture points, adjusting your herbal regimen, or applying other appropriate methods to specifically support your condition.

Kontrolní návštěva TCM - PAVLÍNA

An initial consultation based on Traditional Chinese Medicine begins with a detailed interview. Thanks to a holistic approach, I do not merely suppress symptoms but address the root cause of your health issues.
Together, we will discuss your current health concerns, physical symptoms, sleep quality, mental state, and daily routine. This is followed by pulse diagnosis to assess the condition of your internal organs and the overall quality of energy in your body. The examination is rounded out by a non-invasive visual inspection of the tongue, which helps detect potential underlying imbalances early on.
Based on these findings, I will create a personalized treatment plan for you. This includes herbal therapy (herbal decoctions or medicinal mushrooms), targeted acupuncture point stimulation to release blockages, and lifestyle recommendations. The goal is lasting health improvement and the body's natural harmony.
Your journey to balance and health.

Acne therapy is for clients who want to solve the problem of acne in the long term. Our recommendation is ideally 6 months, which is 6 sessions, at least.
The therapy is divided into a cosmetic part and a part with TCM. The first treatment is cosmetic, when we set up a cosmetic routine and hygiene and do a deep cleansing of the skin. After a month, there is a condition check and a second cosmetic treatment. After the assessment, the client moves on to the third treatment with TCM therapist Katarína, who will do a general diagnosis (not only acne is addressed, but the overall condition). Based on this diagnosis, herbal decoctions are used.
After a month, there is another deep cleansing and consultation of the results of both. Follow-up care is according to the current condition and development of acne skin. In the last phase, we can focus on removing acne spots and scars.
First treatment Eva:
* skin cleansing
* deep skin cleansing
* for active acne ozonizer
* soothing gel mask and light therapy
* final care
* at home: setting hygiene rules, skin care, supplementing cosmetic products according to what the client already uses

Second treatment Eva:
* condition check after setting skin care
* deep cleansing, same procedure as for the first treatment

Third treatment Katarína:
* overall diagnostics according to 10 TCM questions
* tongue diagnostics
* pulse measurement
* preparation of phytotherapy (herbal decoctions)

Further consultations according to the current state of acne.

Terapie AKNÉ

Biomicroneedling is a professional cosmetic treatment that stimulates microcirculation and the skin's natural regeneration processes. Microneedles are so-called spicules from a freshwater sponge, which are introduced into the upper layers of the skin with a gentle massage. Thanks to this treatment, skin regeneration is shortened from 28 days to 7 days.
The skin is red after the treatment and within 7 days it peels most in the first two days. After the treatment, it is necessary to use SPF 50.
The treatment includes:
* skin cleansing
* skin preparation before application
* SQT mask to start regeneration after the treatment

Dr. Bach's flower essences affect negative emotions. They help to gain insight into the situation in which a person finds himself. The essences do not displace or suppress negative emotions. They support the inner potential by transforming it into a positive attitude.
Flower essences have no side effects. They can be used by children, adults and animals.
Basic emotional groups of Bach essences:
1. FEAR

During therapy, we go through all groups and mix the essence directly according to the client's current condition. The client uses a 30ml bottle 4 times a day, 4 drops at time.

Omlazující ošetření nastavené na míru podle stavu pleti klientky. Zahrnuje kombinaci masáže guasha, baňkování a stimulaci akupunkturních bodů a vrásek. Stimulace akupunkturních bodů dokáže podpořit tvorbu kolagenu a elastinu. Pleť se přirozeně vypne, nastartuje se lymfatický systém a pomůže odvést nečistoty. Otoky a jemné vrásky se zahojí. Na závěr sezení se aplikuje pleťová maska. Součástí terapie je i stimulace akupunkturních bodů na těle, kde se snažíme podchytit kořen problému, příčinu vzniku vrásek a povadlé pleti. Součásti prvního sezení je i celostní diagnostika a případné nastavení fytoterapie.

Problematic skin during adolescence is a sensitive topic that we will discuss with you in the safe space of our salon.
There is nothing to worry about, leave your shyness at home.

Chinese medicine techniques

Chemical peeling is a method based on skin treatment with fruit acids. We use the Ekseption brand, a very gentle form, but effective. It can solve:
*skin irregularities
*pigmentation
*spots
*fine wrinkles
The result is immediately visible! The skin is tightened, has a uniform fresh surface. In addition, the active ingredients from the cosmetics reach a greater depth.
Before the treatment, I recommend first cleansing the skin, we will achieve better results.
If you have not been to a cosmetologist for a long time, I recommend making an appointment for a cosmetic treatment in advance.
After the chemical peeling treatment, I give the cosmetic products with me for home care to maximize the results.
