Anna
Massage Therapist & Yoga Teacher

I'm a nature lover with a passion for hiking, movement, and exploring the incredible wisdom of the human body. As a certified massage therapist and yoga teacher, I take a holistic approach, tailoring each session to your unique needs while creating a comforting and relaxing atmosphere.

I believe that true wellness comes from nurturing both body and mind. Over the past four years, I’ve been offering massages that not only relieve pain but also restore inner balance. Along the way, I’ve studied and practiced various techniques including Cupping Therapy, Dorn Method, Pregnancy Massage, Deep Tissue, Fascial Release, and Hawaiian Massage.

My journey has taken me to India, where I completed my Yoga Teacher Training and deepened my understanding of the body through ancient practices. Whether you're coming to release tension, heal an injury, or simply unwind, I’m here to support you.

I'm excited to share the magic of massage with you.To help you feel more connected, more grounded, and more at home in your body.

Shoulder & Neck Release Massage - 30min
This massage focuses on the areas where most people carry tension – the neck and shoulders. We hold much of our stress in the shoulders, making this treatment ideal for releasing tightness and lightening these areas. The neck massage can help relieve headaches and encourage a sense of ease, letting your worries melt away.

Shoulder & Neck Release Massage - 30min

This treatment begins with a gentle relaxing massage to warm and soften the back muscles, preparing the body for deeper work. I then apply traditional cupping to release tension, improve circulation, and support detoxification. The session closes with a calming head massage that melts away lingering stress and leaves you feeling light, open, and deeply restored.

Back Cupping Massage – 45 min

This nurturing session begins with a gentle relaxing massage to warm and soften the muscles, preparing the body for deeper work. Traditional cupping is then applied to release tension, improve circulation, and support detoxification. You can choose which areas to focus on — back, shoulders, neck, arms, or legs — for a fully personalized experience. The session finishes with a soothing head massage, leaving you feeling light, open, and deeply restored.
