Introduction: https://www.heilsustofan.is/kynning

Followup appointments are suitable for patients who have previously attended an initial consultation and fall into one of the following categories:

- Ongoing Treatment: Patients returning for continued treatment as part of an active treatment plan.
- New or Recurring Musculoskeletal Conditions: Returning patients who are no longer undergoing active treatment but are experiencing a new or recurring musculoskeletal problem.
- Preventive Care and Maintenance: Patients attending regular follow-up appointments, typically every 4–12 weeks, for preventive care, ongoing assessment, and maintenance of musculoskeletal health.

Regular follow-up appointments aim to support optimal musculoskeletal function, address the physical demands and stresses of everyday life, and help prevent recurring discomfort or dysfunction.
