About us: In our celebration of Nordic cuisine, we pay homage to Icelandic ingredients and traditions in a distinctive manner. We believe that simplicity is essential for showcasing the full potential of our ingredients. Much like the authentic and vibrant Icelandic landscape, the way we present these ingredients narrates the stories of our natural surroundings and the farmers whose families have cultivated the land for generations. At Dill, we also place a strong emphasis on sustainability, working with local farmers, fishermen, and foragers. The ambiance is simple and rustic, allowing the food to take center stage. We offer a tasting menu crafted from the finest ingredients sourced from both land and sea. This menu features 16-18 courses, priced at 39,900 isk kr per guest. Please note that the menu must be prepaid at the time of the reservation. Drinks: For those who appreciate fine beverages, we offer three distinct pairing options: a wine pairing, a non-alcoholic pairing, and a mixed pairing that combines both wine and non-alcoholic drinks. Additionally, we pride ourselves on a list curated from producers committed to sustainable farming and minimal intervention in wine production. These producers choose the most direct route from terroir to bottle, ensuring their wines align with the values as well as the flavour profile of our menu. Our wine list boasts a diverse and rare selection of wines for your enjoyment. Allergies: Unfortunately, due to the structure of our menu and the extensive preparation involved, we are unable to cater to vegans or individuals requiring dairy-free options. Nevertheless, with a minimum of 48 hours' notice, we can accommodate a wide range of dietary restrictions and allergies. Please be advised that we are unable to make any changes without the necessary advance notice. Childrens: We strive to provide an exceptional dining experience tailored for those who appreciate nuanced flavors and sophisticated menus. As such, our restaurant is not specifically designed for younger guests. However, if you choose to bring children, please be aware that we do not offer a separate children's menu, and all guests, regardless of age, will be charged the full price.
