ARM - Adhesion Release Method - (Icelandic)

ARM - Adhesion Release Method is not massage therapy, but is a well-known method around the world. The purpose of this treatment is to release adhesion that is loaded around nerves, muscle tissue, fascia or another connective tissue which can cause chronic pain. With specific pressure and specific movements in the affected areas, it is possible to break up the adhesion and reduce the pain significantly. The treatment is not completely painless, but the feeling afterwards is worth it.
