Myofascial release upper body&face&scalp

In this combination, I will work with the upper body first. Focusing on the movement of fluids around the connective tissue to help reduce pain and tension. Facial massage combines work with the chest, neck, face and scalp. It's a great combination to help with postural dysfunction, neck problems and emotional stress.

Headaches can manifest as migraines, tension-type headaches, or cluster headaches (one side, around the eye). All types require reduced stress. Massaging the face, scalp, and neck can alleviate stress and help with tightness these areas.

Pain in the TMJ region (where the jawbone connects to the skull) can manifest as jaw discomfort, headaches, clicking sounds, and difficulty in opening or closing the mouth. This treatment can help release tension, improve blood circulation, and enhance the joint’s mobility. It helps with the pain associated with BRUXISM (a habit of grinding and clenching the teeth).
