Verified Therapeutic Massage Therapist

This focused treatment combines 15 minutes of Cryo T-Shock and 15 minutes of targeted massage therapy, tailored for localized pain, inflammation, or restricted movement in a specific area. The session works directly on the affected region, using a precise sequence of cold to reduce inflammation and heat to enhance circulation, followed by manual therapy to further support tissue recovery. It’s ideal for clearly defined issues such as shoulder, neck, or lower back pain, joint discomfort, or localized muscle tension.

Cryot-Shock is a technology that alternates targeted cold and heat to stimulate the body. The cold reduces inflammation and pain, while the heat penetrates deeply, relaxing muscles and improving circulation. It is used both to release tension and stiffness and in the aesthetic field to tone and promote a firmer appearance. In practice, it helps the body regenerate naturally.

A personalized therapeutic treatment designed to reduce pain and restore functional balance.

Following a detailed assessment, selected techniques such as therapeutic massage, cupping, moxa, Hor-mè, taping — and when appropriate, controlled thermal shock (Cryo T-Shock) — are combined to address chronic pain, muscle tension, inflammation, and postural discomfort.

Each session is tailored to your specific condition.

It’s a manual technique using gentle, rhythmic movements to stimulate lymph flow. Highly effective in reducing edema, swelling, and toxins, it supports tissue recovery and deep relaxation, enhancing the body’s natural well-being and balance

Vodder Method Lymphatic Drainage

A comprehensive assessment and treatment focused on posture and functional movement. Through targeted evaluation and manual techniques, postural imbalances are identified and addressed to improve mobility, body awareness, and functional balance, supporting recovery and everyday movement

Postural Assessment & Functional Treatment

A targeted manual therapy working on deeper muscle layers to address chronic tension and functional discomfort. Applied with controlled pressure and attention to the body’s response, it supports recovery without aggressive or forceful techniques.

Deep Tissue Therapy

Deep tissue therapy with cupping

A deep, targeted manual therapy working on connective tissue to support mobility and postural balance. Using slow, precise techniques, it helps reduce fascial restrictions and stiffness, promoting a lasting sense of openness, lightness, and functional ease throughout the body.

Myofascial Release

Developed by Elisabeth Dicke, connective tissue massage is a reflex-based manual therapy acting on specific connective tissue zones. Through precise cutaneous and subcutaneous strokes, it influences the autonomic nervous system, vascular responses, and organ-related reflex pathways, supporting regulation and functional balance.

Connective Tissue Massage

Sports massage is divided into two distinct types: pre-event and post-event. In the pre-event phase, the focus is on muscle activation to ensure readiness and top performance. In the post-event phase, the work completely shifts to support deep recovery and drain fatigue, adapting precisely to your body’s needs at that exact moment.

Sports Massage

Widely used in sports, functional taping is a custom brace with specialized bandages to protect and support joints. Perfect for injury prevention and post-trauma support, it provides an effective protective and healing action without blocking the body’s natural and functional range of movement.

Functional Taping

A targeted treatment using traditional cupping techniques to stimulate circulation, reduce muscular tension and support tissue mobility.

The cups create a controlled suction on the skin, helping to release areas of tightness and improve local blood and lymphatic circulation. The treatment can be particularly useful for muscular tension, stiffness and areas affected by chronic overload.

The intensity and technique are adapted to your individual needs and the condition of the treated area.

Temporary circular marks may appear on the skin and usually fade within a few days.

Cupping Therapy

A relaxing full-body massage using long, flowing, rhythmic strokes to calm the nervous system and invite deep relaxation. It helps slow the breath, reduce mental stress, support rest, and restore a gentle sense of ease and presence in the body.

Swedish Massage

A personalized treatment designed to respond to the body’s specific needs. Targeted techniques are applied where focused care is required, while the rest of the body is treated with relaxing massage. Always performed within a professional and therapeutic context, supporting functional recovery and well-being.
