This treatment is a holistic and intensive bodywork, a unique combination of body reading, deep and sensitive deep tissue massage, joint release on the whole body and breathing techniques, the awareness of emotions and their expression.
As a result, holded energies are released, the body relaxes again and brings people back into harmony with themselves, so they can live their essential unity of body, mind and heart.

All of our emotions and physical experiences are stored in the body. In the course of life this leads to restructuring, tensions and distortions in the perception of the body. Rebalancing works at these points and triggers tension and structural changes. These applications will help you holistically and consciously to contact with your body in contact and feel from the inside out, making a positive impact on life arises.

The body is assisted to reshape and re-establish, acut and chronic pain are getting improved, movements are more soft and the breathing deeper, blocked vital energy can flow again.

Usually I do group sessions in a safe and loving space. 1:1 is possible, even online.

How it works in a group:
The client, who has an issue or challenge, will pick some of the group as a sculpture/representative to stand for inner parts or family members. Due to the dynamics of the resonancegiver, unconcious bondings, trauma, overtaken feelings or behaviors from our family/ caretaker or anchestors could release and you heal your family system.

No prior knowledge or experience of this work is necessary. It is experiential and you will be supported and guided. The work is always profoundly compassionate and insightful.

If you have any questions or you like to register, contact me please!

I offer regular introduction workshops for brave hearts!

Reiki - The path toward inner healing and spiritual evolution

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.
If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."

A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results.

You lay dressed comfortably down on the bench with closed eyes. I will follow a series of energy activations through my hands on or above the body. Feel the vibrant energy flowing through your energy fields (chakras), release stuck energy and recharge and feel aligned again.

“The secret art of inviting happiness, miraculous medicine for all disease.

Just for today, I am grateful;
Just for today, I am happy;
Just for today, I am at peace;
Just for today, I will do my work honestly;
Just for today, I respect and I’m kind to all life;

Transformstional coaching rests on the premise that a person will uncover what they need to and move forward in meaningful ways based on their existing way of being.
 In other words, nothing need be explored nor shifted at the level of being in order for desired outcomes to be achieved.

It’s a Deep Dive into Your “Operating System”
From a coaching client it requires the willingness to face shadowy fears and beliefs in order to become free of patterns of thought and emotion that have held them captive for a lifetime. Change then happens at the core level of mind, within the person’s internal operating system, and when the person grows significantly at this level it creates the impetus for equally significant shifts in their behaviors, choices, and emotions.
