Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. No-Shows Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% of the booked service value. This fee must be paid before any future appointment can be scheduled. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment. The no-show fee may still apply. Payments Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. We accept cash, bank transfers and other approved payment methods. Refund Policy Due to the nature of beauty services, refunds are not provided once a service has been completed. If you experience any issue with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess the situation and offer a suitable solution. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse or cancel appointments in cases of inappropriate behavior, repeated no-shows, unpaid fees, or failure to comply with our policies.
