For body, energy and balance

I am passionate about a holistic approach to body and well-being. As a personal trainer and therapist, I work with people with care and respect – with the goal of supporting balance, well-being and inner strength.

Instead of “fixing”, I work with the body, listening, supporting and creating a safe space where the body can find its own path to healing and well-being.

Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) is designed to restore balance and correct posture. Long-term injuries or poor posture create habits in the way the muscles hold the body, often in a way that pulls the neck, spine and pelvis out of balance. Through a predetermined sequence of stretches and movements, we help the body to return to its natural musculoskeletal balance, which often reduces conditions that cause pain and discomfort. In the case of a very chronic condition, I recommend a minimum of 5 sessions at fairly short intervals to achieve the best results quickly.

Bowen Therapy – a powerful tool for finding the real problem in the body with a few, but effective movements that support the overall functioning of the body.

The treatment works directly with the central nervous system and the spinal cord, which connects the brain, spine and body functions. When tension is released, the body can restore balance and activate its built-in healing system.

The Bowen Method has its roots in Tom Bowen and is based on osteopathy, chiropractic and acupuncture. It is gentle and non-invasive, but at the same time powerful and individualized.

Bowen Therapy is suitable for both musculoskeletal problems and as a way to reduce tension, improve nerve function and increase general well-being. All with the aim of supporting the body and nervous system in a natural way.
