Foot reflexology is a treatment that’s been practiced for centuries. It involves applying pressure to different points on the bottom of the foot.

According to traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), these points correspond to different areas of the body. They are believed to have multiple benefits, including reducing stress, aiding digestion, and promoting sound sleep.

Enzymes help break down the keratin protein in the upper layer of the skin, which sticks dead skin cells together. Without this, the dead skin can't gently go away. This results in smooth, healthy-looking skin and also helps reduce blemishes and pigmentation.

LED light therapy is mainly focused on skincare, promoting anti-aging effects and reducing inflammation. The purported benefits include an increase in the amount of collagen in the skin, which can reduce the appearance of wrinkles and other stigmata of aging. Other uses of LED light therapy include acne, dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, scarring and sun damage.

A paraffin wax treatment is the perfect way to restore softness and moisture + during the colder months, dry air can strip moisture from our hands, leading to cracked, rough skin!

This luxurious treatment involves dipping your hands into warm, melted wax, creating a soothing layer that locks in hydration and leaves your skin feeling silky smooth. The heat from the wax also helps to improve circulation and relax muscles!
