This is a two part session - The first part will be on land as a conversation to get context and to understand your needs. It can be done over the phone or a zoom call. Can range from 30 minutes to an hour based on your case. 

The second part is in the water. Please allow an additional 30 minutes after your session in the water. Its a moment to integrate, reflect or just stay in a bubble of calm. No additional charge for the extra time.
