My name is Bartosz Stemplewski and I am a specialist in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). I specialize in acupuncture, musculoskeletal (movement) issues, and allergies.

I place great emphasis on finding the root cause of the problem rather than masking the symptoms. By releasing tension and stagnation, I help the body regain its natural mobility, reduce stress, and cope with the negative effects of stiffness brought on by the harsh Icelandic climate.

I work focusly with both acute and chronic pain in the back, neck, and joints, while supporting overall well-being, energy, and body balance.
