Hi, I'm Natalia.

I don't have one system for how I begin a massage. I don't have one system for how I finish it. And I certainly don't have one routine that I repeat with every client.

But I always have an idea of how to approach this particular person, with this particular body, on this particular day.

**Because no two bodies are the same. And even the same person is different every time they come back.**

For me, massage is not simply about relaxing muscles or spending 60 or 90 minutes on a massage table. It is a process of understanding what is happening in your body, how different structures interact, where tension comes from, and what we can actually do about it.

I work with people, not massage protocols.

## How I See the Body

The human body is a complex, interconnected system.

Fascia, muscles, joints, lymphatic circulation, the nervous system, breathing patterns, and emotional responses all influence one another.

Sometimes the place where you feel pain is not the place where the problem begins.

A restricted hip may influence your lower back. Tension around the shoulder blade may affect the movement of your entire arm. A constantly overloaded nervous system may keep your muscles in a state of tension even when you are trying to relax.

This is why I rarely begin by attacking the painful area directly.

I observe. I listen. I work with the surrounding tissues, follow the muscular and fascial chains, and gradually prepare the body for deeper treatment.

Sometimes we need pressure. Sometimes stretching. Sometimes slow, repetitive movements. Sometimes heat, compression, or gentle contact.

And sometimes the most important thing is to stop forcing the body to relax and give it enough time to respond.

**Deep work doesn't always mean painful work. And a powerful massage doesn't have to be aggressive.**

## My Techniques: Different Tools, One Individual Approach

My work combines several traditions and therapeutic methods:

- Deep Tissue and Myofascial Release
- Trigger Point Therapy and Sports Massage
- Classical and Swedish Massage
- Table Thai Massage and assisted stretching
- Lomi Lomi
- Lymphatic Drainage
- Dynamic Fire Cupping and Gua Sha
- Abdominal and Digestive Massage
- Reflexology, Head Massage, and gentle sensory techniques

I also use infrared heat and aromatherapy when appropriate.

But I don't consider these techniques separate products that must always be performed in the same way.

They are tools.

I can combine the precision of deep tissue work with the rhythm of Lomi Lomi, move into Thai stretching, return to a restricted trigger point, and finish with slow, calming contact.

Or I can work almost entirely with gentle techniques if that is what your body needs.

I don't believe that every client needs deep pressure, that every painful muscle needs to be released, or that every massage should follow the same sequence.

The technique must serve the person. Not the other way around.

## The Nervous System Is Always Part of My Work

One of the most important aspects of my practice is the relationship between physical tension and the nervous system.

I am currently in my fourth year of psychoanalytic studies, and my interest in psychosomatics has profoundly influenced the way I understand the body.

Our bodies respond to much more than physical exercise, posture, or daily movement.

Stress, prolonged emotional tension, exhaustion, and our habitual ways of responding to the world may also influence breathing, muscle tone, sensitivity, and the ability to relax.

I pay attention to these patterns.

Not because I believe every physical problem has a psychological cause. It doesn't.

But because I don't think we can completely separate the physical body from the person who lives in it.

Sometimes a client needs intensive muscular work. Sometimes they need to feel safe enough to stop controlling every movement. Sometimes they need both.

I work with the nervous system through rhythm, pressure, movement, temperature, and the quality of contact.

**I want the body to participate in the process, rather than simply endure the treatment.**

## What Happens During a Session?

Our work begins before you get undressed.

We talk.

I want to understand what brought you here, what you feel, what bothers you, what you expect, and what you don't want.

I may ask about previous injuries, your work, physical activity, or how your body responds to certain movements.

Then I develop an approach for this particular session.

I don't promise to solve every problem in one visit. Some restrictions respond quickly. Others require time, repeated work, or assessment by another healthcare professional.

But I always want our session to have a clear purpose.

During the massage, I continuously adjust my work according to the response of your tissues, your breathing, your movement, and your feedback.

I don't believe that a technique should be continued simply because it was part of the original plan.

And I always like to leave a little gift at the end. It might be an extra five minutes, a special technique, or something I feel would be particularly beneficial for you.

It is my way of completing the contact.

## A Little About Me

I was born in Moldova, lived in Ukraine, and now practise massage therapy in Reykjavík, Iceland.

I am 48 years old, and my professional background is probably not what you would expect from a massage therapist.

Before massage became my profession, I spent more than 20 years working in communication, branding, and strategy.

I began studying massage around ten years ago, initially as a personal interest. What started as a hobby gradually became a profession, and I have now been practising massage therapy for five years.

I didn't simply leave strategy behind.

I brought it with me.

I am used to analysing complex systems, identifying connections, looking beyond the obvious problem, and finding an individual solution rather than applying a standard formula.

These skills are surprisingly relevant when working with the human body.

My interests also include classical psychoanalysis, psychosomatics, Chinese philosophy, and traditional Chinese medicine.

I continue studying because the more I work with people, the more I understand how much there is still to learn.

I rely on knowledge, practical experience, observation, and intuition. For me, these are not competing approaches. They complement each other.

## Who Is My Massage For?

You don't have to be an athlete. You don't have to be in pain. And you certainly don't have to wait until your body becomes completely exhausted before coming for a massage.

I work with people who experience chronic muscular tension, restricted mobility, physical overload, stress, or simply feel that their bodies need attention.

Some come for specific problems involving the back, neck, shoulders, hips, or legs.

Others come because they want to relax deeply, reconnect with their bodies, or experience a different quality of touch.

I work with men and women, younger and older people, and different body types.

I don't have a preferred type of client.

What interests me is the individual in front of me.

And whether you come for deep therapeutic work or a gentle, relaxing experience, my attention to your body remains the same.

## One Last Thing

I don't offer a standard tourist-style massage with a fixed sequence of movements.

I offer individual bodywork.

That means research, precision, experience, attention, and a genuine interest in understanding your situation.

You can watch my massage videos on YouTube. I share real working sequences, techniques, and examples of how I approach common muscular problems.

But remember: what you see in a video is one particular session, with one particular person.

Your massage will be different.

**Because my goal is not to perform a perfect routine. My goal is to find the right approach for you.**

Thank you for reading.

Sports massage is a targeted, therapeutic bodywork session designed to support physically active people, whether they train regularly, work physically, or experience repetitive strain.
The session focuses on:
releasing muscle tension and overuse patterns
improving circulation and tissue recovery
increasing mobility and range of motion
supporting injury prevention and post-load recovery
Techniques include deep pressure, slow myofascial work, trigger point release, and assisted stretching. The intensity and depth are adapted to the body’s current condition, training load, and recovery needs.
Sports massage is suitable both before and after physical activity, as well as during periods of high workload or reduced recovery.
This is functional bodywork aimed at performance, resilience, and long-term body health—not relaxation alone.

The session includes:
- smooth and rhythmic strokes
gentle to medium pressure
- release of everyday muscle tension
- stimulation of blood and lymph flow
- support for physical and mental relaxation
Classic massage uses well-established techniques such as effleurage, petrissage, gentle pressure, and light stretching, adapted to the individual’s needs and sensitivity.
This massage is suitable for people who seek overall relaxation, stress reduction, and a sense of balance, rather than deep therapeutic work.

Deep tissue massage is a slow, focused bodywork session aimed at releasing chronic muscle tension and deep-seated restrictions in the body.
This work targets:
- long-standing muscle tightness and stiffness
- deep fascial restrictions and adhesions
- limited mobility and reduced range of motion
- tension caused by stress, posture, or repetitive use
The massage uses sustained pressure, slow strokes, and precise techniques to reach deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. Pressure is adapted to the body’s readiness and the client’s capacity to engage and respond.
Deep tissue massage is not about force. It is about listening to the tissue, allowing gradual release and structural change over time.
This treatment is suitable for people who need real therapeutic work, not superficial relaxation.

Deep Tissue Full Body + Facial Massage

A focused therapeutic massage for the abdomen, designed to release tension in the abdominal wall and surrounding soft tissues. Gentle, rhythmic and deeper techniques are used around the abdomen to improve tissue mobility, support natural circulation and lymphatic flow, and create a feeling of greater softness and freedom through the core.
The treatment may be especially helpful for abdominal tightness, stress-related tension, a feeling of heaviness or restricted movement, and general relaxation. Work can also include the diaphragm, waist and lower rib area to reduce tension patterns affecting the abdomen.
Pressure and depth are always adjusted individually for comfort.
Duration: 50 minutes.

Abdominal Massage - Digestion & Bloating

Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage

Deeply relaxing sensory treatment combining scalp massage, hair play and ASMR-inspired touch.
Slow, rhythmic movements, gentle scratching, hair brushing, combing, scalp stimulation and soft touch around the head, temples and neck create a deeply calming experience.
The repetitive, gentle sensations are designed to help your nervous system settle, release accumulated tension and quiet an overactive mind. Many people experience pleasant tingling, a feeling of heaviness and deep relaxation - some even fall asleep during the session.
This is not a traditional massage focused on muscles or pain. It is a sensory relaxation ritual for people who love having their hair played with, their scalp touched, or simply need a space where they can completely switch off.
Come for the hair play. Stay for the feeling of complete calm.

Head Massage & Hair Play

A Gentle Reset for Your Nervous System

Sometimes, your body doesn't need deeper pressure. It needs to feel safe enough to let go.

Rebozo is a traditional Mexican technique using a long woven cloth to gently rock, cradle, stretch, and support the body.

The rhythmic movements create a sense of being held, helping the nervous system shift from constant alertness toward rest and relaxation.

This experience may help you:

* Release accumulated physical and emotional tension.

* Calm an overstimulated nervous system.

* Reconnect with your body and its natural rhythm.

* Experience deep relaxation without intense muscular pressure.

In my practice, I see massage as more than working with muscles. It is also about creating the conditions in which the body can stop protecting itself and begin to soften.

Sometimes, the deepest release comes not from pressure, but from feeling supported.

Individual Transformation Game

A private one-to-one game for those who want to explore a situation, question, desire, or inner conflict that is important to them right now.

You come with your own question or intention. As the game unfolds, your goals, choices, obstacles, patterns, and unexpected possibilities begin to emerge.

The game board becomes a space for self-exploration - a way to see what may be difficult to notice from inside your everyday life and to look at your situation from a different perspective.

There is no predetermined right outcome. What matters is what becomes visible and meaningful for you during the game.

At the end, we return to the essential questions:

What have I discovered about myself?
What do I want to change?
And what can I take from the game into my real life?

This is not a consultation and not fortune-telling. It is a personal growth space for exploring your situation and discovering new possibilities for moving forward.

The individual game takes place one-to-one with the facilitator.
