I believe that true wellness comes from nurturing both body and mind. Over the past four years, I’ve been offering massages that not only relieve pain but also restore inner balance. Along the way, I’ve studied and practiced various techniques including Cupping Therapy, Dorn Method, Pregnancy Massage, Deep Tissue, Fascial Release, and Hawaiian Massage.

My journey has taken me to India, where I completed my Yoga Teacher Training and deepened my understanding of the body through ancient practices. Whether you're coming to release tension, heal an injury, or simply unwind, I’m here to support you.
