I believe that true wellness comes from nurturing both body and mind. Over the past four years, I’ve been offering massages that not only relieve pain but also restore inner balance. Along the way, I’ve studied and practiced various techniques including Cupping Therapy, Dorn Method, Pregnancy Massage, Deep Tissue, Fascial Release, and Hawaiian Massage.
