I've always been fascinated by the body's natural ability to heal itself. This curiosity has shaped my life's path: supporting others in returning to balance, ease, and wholeness. 
Through deep, sensitive touch, work with the body's energetic pathways, and the wisdom of nature's five elements, I hold a safe and attentive space for you in any moment of your life.

I am a trained bodyworker, yoga teacher, Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, and acupuncture student. In my work, I combine Deep Myofascial Release with Eastern Massage techniques such as Acupressure and gentle Joint Movement. This approach helps release blockages, ease physical and emotional tension, and support the body's natural, smooth flow of energy.

Deep Meridian Bodywork (90 min) 

A 1:1 class dedicated to exploring the body’s inner energetic pathways and learning how to support them through mindful, embodied practices. We work with gentle stimulation of acupuncture points, self myofascial release, yin yoga postures, and intuitive unwinding movement to encourage balance and vitality.
Each class is guided by the rhythm of nature—aligning with the seasons and the elements—while addressing the specific challenges and needs of particular organs and energetic systems. This practice offers a deeply restorative space to reconnect, release, and cultivate awareness of the subtle intelligence within the body.
