Starter, Pro and Premium plans have different amounts of included SMS reminders. If you need more, or if you want to send messages in bulk to your clients, you can Top up your SMS credits manually or set auto-refills to stay topped up automatically. You're charged $0.09 per segment — a segment is roughly 160 characters, so longer messages or ones with emojis may count as more than one.
