Commissions are typically paid monthly via bank transfer or PayPal. However, if you've earned commissions and wish to request a payout, you can do so at any time.
How are referred clients tracked?
Referrals are tracked through your unique affiliate link. When a potential customer clicks your link, our tracking cookie attributes any subsequent signup and purchase back to your account.
Where can I see the list of my referrals?
You can see a complete list of your referrals in your partner portal under Referrals.
What is the duration of the affiliate tracking cookie?
Our affiliate tracking cookie lasts for 60 days. This means that if a potential customer clicks on your affiliate link and makes a purchase within 60 days, you'll be credited for the sale. If they make a purchase after the 60-day window, the sale won't be attributed to your referral.
Are there any limits or caps on commissions?
