What is Noona HQ?
Noona HQ is an all-in-one business management platform designed for service professionals. It combines appointment scheduling, online bookings, point of sale, client management, and marketing tools into a single, easy-to-use system.
Who is Noona HQ for?
Noona HQ is built for any service-based business — hair salons, barbershops, beauty studios, clinics, physiotherapists, chiropractors, consultants, and more. If you take appointments, Noona HQ is for you.
Is Noona HQ available in my country?
Noona HQ is available worldwide. Our platform supports multiple languages and currencies, and our payment integrations work in most major markets.
Do I need to install anything?
Noona HQ works in any modern web browser — no installation required. We also offer native iOS and Android apps for managing your business on the go.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! When you create a Noona HQ account, you'll get a free 14-day trial of the entire system. At the end of the trial period, you can choose whether to activate a subscription or continue using the free version.
How do online bookings work?
You get a personalized booking profile where clients can see your services, availability, and book appointments 24/7. Share the link on social media, your website, or anywhere else.
Can I embed bookings on my website?
Yes, you can add a booking link to your website. If you subscribe to the appointment booking system, you'll also receive a booking widget that can be embedded directly into your website, allowing customers to book appointments without leaving your site.
Can clients cancel or reschedule themselves?
Yes, you can allow clients to cancel or move their appointments through the booking profile. You control the cancellation policy and time limits.
Do clients need an account to book?
No. Clients can book without creating an account. However, if they download the Noona app, they get a better experience with booking history, reminders, and easy rebooking.
What payment methods does Noona HQ support?
Noona HQ integrates with major payment terminal providers. You can also accept online prepayments, send payment links, and sell gift cards — all from within the platform.
Can I accept prepayments for bookings?
Yes. You can offer optional prepayments when your customers make a booking, allowing them to choose whether to pay online at the time of booking or in person later. You can also require a confirmation fee. This helps reduce no-shows and ensures you're compensated for at least part of your time.
How do vouchers work?
Yes. You can create and manage both custom gift vouchers and series vouchers through Noona HQ. Customers can purchase them online or in-store (through Noona's POS system) and redeem them when booking online or during checkout in the POS system. If you don't use Noona's POS system, you can still redeem vouchers directly in Noona HQ.
How do I add team members?
Go to Menu → Staff in Noona HQ. You can add an unlimited number of users. You are only charged for users who have their own calendar. If you have more resource calendars, pricing is based on the number of resource calendars rather than the number of users with calendars.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. You can switch between plans at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts, no commitments. All plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time.
