The Noona manifesto
For the people who shape the moments that make life worth living.
We believe the purpose of technology is to create more space for what makes us human.
Joy. Connection. Craft. Presence. Discovery. The lived experience of conscious beings is what gives meaning to everything else. Without it, all progress is pointless.
When it comes to expanding and transforming experience, technology is one of the most powerful levers we have. But it is neither inherently good nor bad. The more powerful the tool, the more it demands intentional, skillful use. When you wield the power of the gods, you had better do so with the wisdom of the gods — else you self-destruct.
And now, we have AI. Artificial Intelligence is amongst the most powerful tools humanity has ever built. It is collapsing the cost of knowledge work and forcing every business — including ours — to ask what is left when information becomes abundant. AI is repricing everything that runs on information. So the question worth asking is: what doesn't?
What gets more valuable in a world of AI is what makes us human.
Not information. Not productivity. Not code. The moments AI can't fake and a screen can't capture: a haircut that makes someone feel new, a treatment that brings them back to themselves, a meal cooked with care, a class where something finally clicks.
The world is shifting from a Knowledge Economy to an Experience Economy. As AI commoditises information work, the human-centric crafts — beauty, wellness, dining, fitness, coaching — become the things people pay for, return to, and remember.
Noona exists to serve the people who make those moments — the experience-makers.
We've been building for them since 2014, starting in Iceland and now growing across Europe and beyond. Our work is to give them the tools, the customers, and the leverage to thrive in this new economy — without giving up ownership of their craft, their clients, or their margins.
