How we work
We think you should be doing the best work of your life. Anything else is a waste of time.
Remote or in office, you choose
Wherever you are in the world you can always join us remote. If you’re located where we are (currently Reykjavik, Lisbon, Porto, Prague) you can of course join our offices. As long as you’re providing value, we don’t mind where you are.
Fewer meetings, more deep work
Meetings should be extremely valuable, or they should not be held at all. After all, value is created during deep-working sessions - and we should mostly be able to find alignment through asynch or short 1v1 synch conversations
We’re building for the long-haul. The work we do in the present should enable us in the future.
Automations are leverage
Humans are at their best when creating. Boring repetitive work doesn’t suit us. Everything that needs to happen often inside of Noona gets priority to be automated away
Kaizen at heart
Kaizen means “continuous improvement” in Japanese. It’s an ideology that permeates everything we do at Noona.
