2-way Google Calendar Sync

What’s new?

Last year we built a Google Calendar integration with Noona HQ, allowing our customers to easily connect the Noona HQ Calendar to their Google Calendar.

The initial integration included a way for users to see appointments that originate in the Noona HQ Calendar in their Google Calendar, but now we’ve taken this integration a step further.

With the 2-way Google Calendar Sync, users can now fully integrate their calendar events between Noona HQ and Google Calendar.

How does it work?

If you choose to enable this feature, your Noona HQ Calendar will be fully synced with your Google Calendar, and vice versa. This means that you will have a unique “Noona” calendar inside your Google Calendar where you can see all your appointments and create blocked times on the Noona HQ Calendar straight from the Google Calendar.

• If you create an event in Google Calendar, it will now appear as a Blocked Time in your Noona HQ Calendar.

• If you move an event in Google Calendar, it will also be moved in the Noona HQ Calendar, and vice versa.

• If you delete an event in Google Calendar, it will also be deleted in the Noona HQ Calendar, and vice versa.
