Improved Waitlists

We at Noona consider ourselves very fortunate to be servicing a growing number of talented service providers and amazing companies world-wide. One of the things we’ve noticed is that great service providers all have one thing in common:

☝🏼 Their calendars are fully booked!

Talented and beloved individuals in the service industry attract a lot of customers, which can be considered a luxury problem - because it can definitely create some headaches.

To help our customers better deal with these kinds of headaches, we’ve decided to improve our Waitlist functionality to better accommodate the needs of our dear customers.

Joining the Waitlist from the Noona App

Your clients can now finally join the waitlist from the Noona App! When a Noona user is searching for a convenient time slot to book an appointment with you, they are offered to join the Waitlist. This is particularly handy when users have been searching for a preferable time slot but can’t find one that fits their availability. We all have things to do and places to be 🤷🏼‍♀️

Noona users are prompted to choose a service + service provider before joining the Waitlist

Once a Noona user has joined your Waitlist, they can easily withdraw their Waitlist entry from the Noona App home page.

And like always, the Noona user will receive a confirmation and reminder that their appointment has been confirmed and booked!

Improved Waitlist functionality in Noona HQ

In Noona HQ, you can now see a list of all your waitlist entries and filter the list to only display waitlist entries relevant for specific staff members or depending on the duration of services requested. This way, you can easily spot gaps in your calendar and fill them with appointments from the Waitlist! To book an appointment from the Waitlist, just click the “Book” button and click on a time slot in your calendar to move it from the Waitlist to the calendar.
