Improvement
New multi-location support and help center
Improved multi-location support
We want to help you grow, and grow alongside with you. In many cases, growth means opening up new locations. We’ve long had support for that, but today we are shipping a big improvement to that infrastructure, with some new functionality:
It’s now finally possible to create new locations without contacting customer support!
We call these locations “outlets”. Each outlet can be completely customized with it’s own services, staff and Noona profile. When you create your first new location, a “chain” will be created and you will get a special Noona page that lists all of the locations, like Modus: https://noona.is/modus
Noona HQ users can now accept appointments at two or more locations
The locations do not even have to be in the same “chain”, although that is most often the case.
This is really useful for those that are working two jobs for two different businesses, but want to keep all of their work in the same Noona HQ account to be able to see everything in one place.
To invite an existing Noona HQ user to an outlet, just invite their current email. Click here to learn how.

New help center
We have always focused on offering world-class customer support. Now, we’re taking it to the next level with the introduction of Stonly.
Stonly is an in-app help center that offers next-gen guides and guided tours. This will allow us to create a much better “self-serve” help center, while still allowing all of you to contact a real person via chat or phone if you want.
And btw: It’s now possible to open the help center and chat on mobile devices!

Other fixes and improvements
We simplified the Noona booking flow to prevent people from thinking they had booked an appointment when they really had not.
We added two new categories to the Noona app and website: Barbershops and Dentists!
